This Remington manufactured pistol grip walnut stock assembly is for the model 550-1 semi-auto rimfire rifle in the A grade configuration which uses barrel mounted sights and not the receiver peep sight.  This stock assembly is in very good condition with light dings and handling marks. Sling swivel studs may have been added by a previous owner. This assembly consists of the stock, butt plate, both butt plate screws (staright slot or Philips), trigger guard, both trigger guard screws, takedown screw and the takedown screw escutcheon.
